the sacred journey
Life doesn’t follow a script—especially when we’re loving someone all the way to the edge. The end-of-life journey can be tender, messy, sacred, and wildly unpredictable, and it asks us to do the one thing we weren’t taught: let go… while still loving with our whole heart. In this space, I’m not here to take away your experience or rush your grief. I’m here to hold steady, compassionate space—so the emotions can move through you, and so you don’t have to feel alone if you get stuck in the confusing, heavy, or “what do I do now?” moments.
This is a path we’ll explore through our animals, yes—but also through the wider truth that all of us will face endings, and we can learn to see death differently: not as a failure, but as a transition that deserves dignity, understanding, and love. Along the way, we can gently support both you and your animal companion with calming, grounding tools—like Bach Flower Remedies, aromatherapy, homeopathy, and other sacred practices that help steady the nervous system, soften fear, and bring a little more ease to the heart and the home.
“Love doesn’t end—it changes form,
and stays close.”

There are never perfect words. There will be painful moments—dark nights of the soul—and that is normal. My own inner work has given me tools, steadiness, and a deeper peace in body, mind, and spirit as I’ve walked through loss: my parents, friends, my beloved Lollie, and now, gently, I’m walking Juniper home. Lollie’s passing was unexpected and shocking. A part of me will always wonder if it could have been prevented—but I also deeply believe our animals have wisdom about when and how they leave, and I honor that. Lollie became my turning point, the reason I’m devoted to helping you soften the fear around diagnoses, dying, and the unknown.

And quietly, behind the scenes, I’ve been studying the art of end-of-life support with my mentor and teacher, the renowned Monique Brignoni —learning how to be a steadier guide through this sacred threshold. As a certified sacred pet death doula, I will walk beside you with reverence, practical support, and an open heart—one breath, one choice, one moment at a time.
“Let the love lead, and the rest can unfold one gentle moment at a time.”
